Boss Hogg’s: Savor Authentic Barbeque and American Flavors in Pagosa Springs

Food was really good and the service was very good and attentive. I had the 1/3 lb pulled pork with baked beans. The other meal was a Burger. Only thing I didn't like was the amount of onions in the baked beans. Took me a few minutes to pick through them. The burger and baked potato was very good.

The early bird special with 6 ounce filet mignon and two sides is excellent! Shout out to the chef! Margaritas are delicious and our service with Jamie was excellent! We will definitely be back.

Andrea was an amazing server. Very knowledgeable with the items and her recommendations were top notch! Mike, the owner stopped by the table and took the time to visit. He cares about his business! Very nice to have excellent service and food in a restaurant! I highly recommend the slopper-had been missing this item where we live!

My husband & I have been here twice (out of towners) & have had amazing experiences. This last experience was extra special. We were greeted kindly, efficiently and we even got sat in our own little romantic space!! We got served by “Smith, J” and he made our night so enjoyable. Keep it up!! See yall next time(:

Good food at fair prices with a large selection. I went for the blue corn tortilla Enchiladas (Christmas style...aka Red and green chile) and it was good. My dad had the boneless chicken with Nashville Hot and BBQ sauces on the side. The chicken was almost as good as you would get at Chick-fil-A in terms of tenderness and flavor. I would go back!

This was the best place we have been to while visiting Pagosa! Food was excellent. Service was great! Shout out to Shason! The interior is countryesque with private tables and not cramped and packed in. Bbq combo was amazing (could’ve been a little warmer). Tots and sweet potatoes fries were a little over cooked but still tasted good. Don’t listen to the nay sayers in the reviews. And they could use more help.

Jamie was the most AWESOME server I've had in years, and I can confidently say that having waited tables for 6 years of my life. She was super quick, kind, very accommodating, and just a lovely human. We're literally coming back just to have Jamie again. Very personable and she was *on it*. Thank you for the memorable dinner!

After eating at a similar restaurant the night before we were happy and very pleased with Boss Hogg’s!! The steaks were cooked perfectly and flavored! The mashed potatoes are fantastic as well as the salad bar! The jambalaya was wonderful and $2.99 margaritas can’t be beat! The chicken fried steak was perfect and big. I highly recommend this place over the Colorado roadhouse.
